Liberty Island: a recorded US context export, 16 October 2026 Purpose and route This is a real export from Atlasly's public portable context tool, not a customer project, measured survey or verified AutoCAD handoff. The demonstration centre (40.6898, -74.0451) was selected by the coding assistant from Recreation.gov's Statue of Liberty National Monument listing: https://www.recreation.gov/gateways/2941 . It was supplied to the export tool as a coordinate; the original manifest's generic "user_coordinates" label does not mean the site owner personally selected or surveyed it. Requested radius: 500 metres. No parcel boundary was supplied or inferred. No terrain, heights, statutory constraints or local zoning were requested. Original files source-pack.zip contains the unchanged DXF, GeoJSON, SVG, source manifest and handoff notes returned by the tool. SHA-256: 56c848bf254304729f82a476633c823b862d2155075d079fdf20eae1302da35d . No expiring signed download URL is needed to use this retained copy. Delivered evidence 19 building features and 100 road/path features from Esri-hosted OpenStreetMap North America live-replica services (beta), retrieved at 2026-10-16T14:29:49.543Z and 14:29:49.668Z. Service URLs and coverage status are recorded in the manifest. Retrieval dates are not survey dates or source-edit dates. All 119 GeoJSON features carry a source, licence and reference; 18 carry a non-empty source-edit timestamp and 101 do not. Missing edit dates remain unresolved, not substituted with the retrieval date. Freshness and completeness are explicitly unverified; 100 road features must not be read as a complete road inventory. Whole returned features are retained, so geometry may extend beyond the requested radius. Coordinates and layers GeoJSON: OGC:CRS84, longitude/latitude. DXF: local coordinates in metres, derived from WGS84 / UTM zone 18N (EPSG:32618). Restore easting 580684.4486672134 and northing 4504761.217629589 to georeference the local DXF. X runs grid east and Y grid north. The DXF has 19 BUILDINGS and 100 ROADS LWPOLYLINE entities. This public portable route is separate from the web project-map DXF route and does not use that route's A-/C- layer convention. Independent file inspection Strict read and audit with ezdxf 1.4.5: zero errors and zero repairs; $INSUNITS=6 (metres). All 119 polylines and 665 vertices were compared with GeoJSON reprojected using pyproj to EPSG:32618 and the recorded origin. Largest numerical difference: 1.87e-9 metres. This establishes conversion consistency, not real-world positional accuracy. See validation.json for counts. No AutoCAD, Rhino or QGIS acceptance, measured reference alignment, editing or saved-file round trip is claimed. Those receiving-application checks remain outstanding. Decision record Use the files only as indicative context pending checks of two reference locations, units, scale, orientation, layer visibility and editability in the intended CAD/GIS version. Keep sources and unresolved questions with the drawing. Source availability is evidence of returned context, not evidence that missing constraints are absent.
