    Site Coverage

    Footprint of buildings as a percentage of plot area.

    Definition

    Site coverage controls how much of a plot can be built upon at ground level. A 50% site coverage on a 1,000 sqm plot caps the building footprint at 500 sqm. Combined with FAR and height, it determines the building form envelope.
